Specify the minimum version of a client to run with a server.

Note: If a Registry entry is not specified, any version of the client older than the server may be used.

This Registry entry can be assigned to users, groups and system-wide:

The version string can be a complete three part version number, e.g. 4.2 (1404031)
, or a truncated version number, e.g. 4.2
. Truncated version numbers imply that any version of the shortened string may be used. The following table provides some examples:
